"After spotting a potential home on Rightmove, we knew we wanted to completely renovate and extend it. Friends had recommended Paul to us, so we dropped him a message to ask his opinion on the house. He met us at the property (prior to us even having put in an offer) and we never looked back from that point onwards. He even helped us navigate the purchase when issues came up in the survey. When the sale went through, we were out of the country; however this was not an issue for Paul and his team and they commenced the works immediately. Even though we were away, it felt like we were on site everyday as we had continuous communication/videos/photos/updates. It put us completely at ease, we trusted him wholeheartedly and we were not disappointed.
We would consider ourselves quite particular people with an eye for detail. It was wholly refreshing to find out that Paul is just as picky as us! He is a man that does not cut corners. You could sense that he truly cared about the project and to us it felt like he was treating it as if it were his own home, he works to impeccably high standards. The end result was the house of our dreams and we are eternally grateful. "We recently had our single storey extension completed by Paul and his team and we couldn’t be happier with the whole process and end result. Choosing a builder is a hard task, Finding someone who is trustworthy, a good communicator, reliable and of high quality isn’t easy to come across so we are thrilled we found Paul, right on our doorstep in the end!
From start to finish the communication was fantastic, from the quote stage and contract work was so thorough and transparent. The WhatsApp group that Paul set up was amazing and allowed such regular and effective communication. Paul communicated daily, which was reassuring and appreciated when not living at the property. I was quite ‘particular’ shall we say with how I wanted things and my choices and requests but Paul always provided solutions and managed this, and my sometimes unrealistic ideas. Everything was always sorted so quickly and only a true professional can deal with things so effectively, foreseeing any problems and dealing with any unexpected events (like the well that was found under our extension area!)
The team of guys were a pleasure to have in our house, trustworthy, tidy and polite, both neighbours commented on the lovely builders. Our son misses seeing them everyday! We are so pleased we invested our trust and vision in Paul as he delivered on all counts and we are thrilled with the end result and would highly recommend Paul and his team to anyone we knew."
